With more than 35 years of experience in banking and finance, Sean is a highly respected leader known for his strategic vision and transformative impact across the financial services sector.

Sean's career spans senior leadership roles at some of Australia's most renowned financial institutions, including Choice Aggregation, GE Mortgages, and Westpac Banking Corporation.

Prior to becoming MQG’s Managing Director, Sean held pivotal roles, including General Manager of Distribution Strategy and Performance at LMG, where he drove innovative initiatives to optimise distribution channels and enhance operational performance.

A passionate advocate for the mortgage broking industry, Sean is committed to highlighting the immense value brokers bring to consumers. Known for his integrity and forward-thinking leadership, Sean is deeply respected for his ability to guide organisations through change, innovation, and growth.

With an impressive track record and unwavering dedication, Sean is a trusted authority in the financial services landscape and a driving force behind MQG’s mission to deliver exceptional value to clients.

Julian Mattatia co-founded ratesonline.com.au in 2006, a home loan and insurance comparison website. Julian has over 15 years’ experience in sales and marketing working in London with ‘Organic’ a digital agency, and in Australia with mycareer.com.au and realestate.com.au.

In 2009 Julian teamed up with Ross Begley to partner ratesonline.com.au and MoneyQuest Australia.

Julie has over 30 years' experience in operations management, 25 of which have been dedicated to the finance industry. Following 10 years as COO of Choice Aggregation Services, Julie became a co-owner of boutique mortgage broking company 'Diversify'. In 2011, she was appointed General Manager of 'HelpMeChoose.com.au', a home loan and health insurance comparison website owned by Mortgage Choice, and in February 2016, Money Quest Group welcomed her to the team as General Manager of Operations.

Julie has completed two onsite courses with the Disney Institute at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando. She applies this training to her work daily, ensuring all who enter the MQG sphere are treated to a multi-sensory Disney-like experience.

Adrian Fisher is a respected industry veteran with a stellar reputation built over 35 years in the Banking & Finance industry. Adrian brings a wealth of experience gained from senior management role at some of Australia's leading financial institutions, including Westpac, Citibank, and GE. He is perhaps best known for co-founding RedZed, a specialist non-bank lender, where he made a significant impact leading the national sales team for 16 years before taking on the role of Head of Distribution & Product role.

In his new role at Money Quest Group, Adrian will focus on driving growth and fostering valuable relationships across our network. His deep expertise will ensure our partners receive exceptional support, access to top-tier aggregation services, and continued success. With Adrian at the helm, we're excited to further strengthen the connections that matter most, and continue to deliver unparalleled service and value to all in our network

In his spare time Adrian enjoys relaxing in seaside locations, long walks in nature, a spot of fishing, and watching his beloved Sydney Swans, Melbourne Storm and a summer of test cricket. Above all however, enjoys spending time with his partner, mature aged son and friends over a good bottle of wine and a game of cards, especially 5 Crowns

Naish is a highly skilled and knowledgeable finance professional, having worked in the industry for 14 years. He specialises in the broking side of banking and is an expert in finance related software.

As MoneyQuest’s systems specialist, Naish assists new and existing brokers with navigating the systems, software, and tools available to them, and equips them with the knowledge and skills they need to utilise these platforms. He is an exceptional communicator, with an aptitude for simplifying complex concepts and terms, and he thoroughly enjoys solving problems for, and interacting with our network of brokers.

In addition to his professional prowess, Naish is also a passionate cook, a lover of travel, and a doting new dad.

As MQG’s State Manager for South Australia, Darren brings over 20 years of experience in the finance industry. With a passion for recruiting, inducting, and supporting brokers, Darren is dedicated to helping them build profitable and sustainable long-term businesses. His commitment to fostering a healthy and inclusive culture ensures that all brokers feel valued and supported.

Drawing from his background as a mortgage broker, Darren has a deep understanding of the day-to-day challenges brokers face. This perspective allows him to relate to their experiences and assist in crafting solid plans to help them reach the next level. Darren firmly believes in the power of hard work to achieve outstanding outcomes while maintaining a balance between personal and family life.

Outside of work, Darren enjoys keeping fit and taking leisurely walks with his pet Cavoodle, Bear, alongside his wife and children.

Stuart is responsible for showcasing all that the Money Quest Group has to offer to those looking to unlock their full potential in the broking industry. With 25 years of finance experience, Stu brings a wealth of skill and knowledge to his role.

Having previously worked as a broker at Aussie Home Loans, a banker at Bankwest, and a state manager at Lendi (as well as a self-employed broker), Stu understands the intricacies of the mortgage broking landscape. Now at MQG, he leverages his extensive experience to help bankers transition into successful broking business owners and empowers newcomers to thrive in the industry.

Passionate about people and driven by a commitment to continuous improvement, Stu specialises in helping individuals make the shift from PAYG employee to successful business owner, with the support of the MQG head office team.

Outside of work, Stu loves spending time with his family and being surrounded by nature, whether it be while 4WDing, fishing, boating, or tending to the ‘mini farm’ in his backyard.

Matthew thrives on building strong relationships and connecting people with the resources they need to succeed. With over 20 years of experience in the finance industry, he possesses a deep understanding of lending, finance, and accountancy.

Matthew's diverse background includes advising and consultancy for some of Australia’s top financial institutions, such as NAB, Westpac, and Bendigo Bank, as well as helping independent successful aggregation and mortgage offices. Through these experiences, he's developed a keen eye for identifying opportunities and a proven track record of exceeding targets.

Highly informed and proactive, Matthew stays ahead of the ever-evolving financial landscape. His hands-on approach makes him a skilled problem-solver.

In his role at MQG, Matthew leverages his expertise to connect with clients, identify their unique needs, and recommend solutions that empower them to achieve their business goals.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys spending quality time with his family, including his wife, two sons, and their dog Paisley. He actively contributes to his community by serving on his son's Football Club board.

Simone has many years’ experience working in mortgage finance and insurance in both customer service and administration roles.

Simone previously worked as the team leader of the Customer Service Centre at Mortgage Choice Limited where she was a recipient of the Extra Step Award – presented to individuals who have shown great commitment and gone above and beyond the call of duty. This recognition enabled Simone to attend Quality Service training at The Disney Institute in Orlando.

Simone is passionate about providing outstanding customer service and creating streamlined processes to enhance the front and back of house operations at MoneyQuest Australia.

Sarah is a multi-skilled communications professional who takes great pride in achieving results.

Prior to her role at MQ, she worked in strategic communications leading integrated marketing campaigns across national networks. She brings with her a strong commercial and business background within multiple industries. As a former journalist, she worked for major media organisations in print, radio and TV newsrooms across the globe.

Sarah’s passion for branding is driven by her creativity and strong business acumen. She excels at cultivating meaningful and impactful messages that resonate, to help drive business success.

Outside of work, she has many interests. Although most of her time is consumed by her overly spoilt dog, Sarah loves to explore the great outdoors, quirky festivals, the arts scene and any excuse to have a cheeky wine.

Justin is a highly motivated and knowledgeable professional with almost 20 years’ experience working in banking and finance. Originally from the Philippines, Justin started his career in global private banking at HSBC, working with UK-based high net worth individuals. He then immigrated to Australia in 2013, where he achieved his master’s in accountancy, before completing the Chartered Accountants (CA) Program.

Justin worked at a digital non-bank lender for almost 10 years, working his way up to the position of Senior Financial Accountant, before being appointed Money Quest Group’s Finance Manager in 2023. At MQG, Justin manages the finance aspect of our business, looking after reporting, cashflow, forecasting, and building models and budgets. He is a curious person with a passion for learning and is always looking to develop himself and broaden his skill set.

In his spare time, Justin enjoys playing the guitar and the piano, teaching a church choir and spending time with his wife and two young sons.

Lynette is a Certified Public Accountant with a dynamic career spanning over two years as an audit associate with one of the Big Four audit firms in the Philippines. During the pandemic, she transitioned to remote accounting and bookkeeping for Australian companies. As MQG's Assistant Financial Accountant, she brings meticulous attention to detail, a strong knack for numbers, and a passion for precision to ensure financial accuracy and success.

Outside of work, Lynette loves spending time with friends and family, diving into a good book, and listening to music. She especially enjoys traveling to watch concerts overseas, combining her passion for music with her love of exploring new places.

Nathania assists our members with their digital marketing, helping the build their business’s online footprint and generate brand awareness in the digital landscape. She’s an expert when it comes to social media marketing and best practice when it comes to digital profiles, having worked on successful campaigns for high profile brands such as BMW and Converse.

Nathania loves working in digital marketing because she loves connecting with people, getting to know them, and helping them best present themselves. She holds a Bachelor of Science – Management and is well versed when it comes to digital advertising and social content.
In her free time, Nathania loves going to the gym, exploring the city of Melbourne and making new friends.

Scott is an emerging marketing and communications professional, having graduated with a Bachelor of Professional Communications with distinction in 2020. He enjoys the creative process of developing concise and impactful media content, directly engaging with people to achieve effective results. He relishes in building meaningful relationships, bringing authenticity to the communication and marketing process.

In his spare time, Scott is passionate about acting and writing, having worked on short films. He also enjoys exercising, cooking good food and spending time with friends.

Cristin is a hardworking and highly skilled professional with 10 years of experience in graphic and branding design. Having held positions at marketing and branding agencies over the course of her career, Cristin has created designs for a wide range clients from varying industries. Specialising in branding, logo and website design, as well as animation, Cristin takes great pleasure in the creative side of her role and enjoys bringing ideas to life. As MoneyQuest’s graphic designer, Cristin designs marketing assets and bespoke images for MoneyQuest brokers and head office. From business signage, flyers and brochures, to PowerPoint presentations and social media images, Cristin uses her skills, creative flair and eye for detail to make every MoneyQuest design shine.

Outside of the office, Cristin enjoys playing guitar, piano and travelling. She is also bilingual and can speak both English and Indonesian.

With over a decade of experience in website development, Sam has honed his skills in creating dynamic, user-friendly web solutions. His journey in the IT industry includes extensive experience in server administration, and website development, showcasing his versatility and adaptability to ever-evolving technologies and trends.

When he's not coding or designing, Sam cherishes spending quality time with his family, making memories that balance his professional life with personal joy and fulfillment.

With over a decade’s worth of experience working in the IT industry across various sectors, Danrien brings valuable knowledge and experience to the MQG team. Focusing on optimising MQG’s customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and automating existing processes, Danrien ensures that our CRM systems are efficient, effective, and satisfying the needs of our members.

When he isn’t busy creating a better CRM user experience for our brokers and customers, you’ll most likely find him in the kitchen (he’s a self-professed home chef!) cooking delicious dishes for his family.

Alyssa is a graduate of Accountancy with a CPA designation earned in the Philippines in 2017. She previously worked as a Legal Admin in a prominent Australian conveyancing company, providing services to clients from purchase/sale to settlement. Transitioning from her role as a Legal Admin, she took on a Finance position in the same company where she managed the company’s cash and the end-to-end accounts payable.

Outside of work, Alyssa cherishes quality time with her family, indulging in activities ranging from movie nights, pet walks to video gaming. Additionally, she discovered her love for cooking during the pandemic.

Danica has a degree in Business Administration major in Financial Management in the Philippines. She has a knowledge of the end-to-end process of both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. She has a wide experience of dealing with both local and international clients and vendors as she previously worked in different industries like Staff Leasing, Real Estate, and Healthcare.

Outside of work, she loves spending quality time with her family and friends over good food and drinks. She also enjoys her time watching different movies or series and playing video games. She is always open to try and explore new things.

Elley is a highly skilled and personable professional with a solutions-focused mindset. Having worked in the finance industry for more than 8 years, she has extensive experience in lead generation, member services and commission queries.

She is part of the member services team at Money Quest Group, and fields all manner of requests and enquiries from our large network of mortgage brokers. Her exceptional communication skills allow her to connect with others easily and her positive attitude means she's never one to shy away from a challenge. Elley enjoys being part of the strong and supportive head office team and doing her part to help the group succeed.

Outside of work, Elley is a loving mum to her very active toddler, and she loves nothing more than spending quality time with her - whether it be cooking, listening to music or enjoying outdoor adventures together!

Michelle is a highly organised and diligent professional with several years of administration experience. Originally from Ireland, she travelled to Australia in 2013 for what was supposed to be a one year working holiday, however 12 months turned into eight years and now Melbourne is her home!

Michelle has worked across several different industries over the course of her career and has garnered a wealth of customer service, communication, and administration skills along the way. She is adept at providing seamless support to both clients and colleagues, and her personable nature makes those around her feel at ease.

In her spare time, Michelle enjoys going on day trips to various parts of regional Victoria. Some of her favourite destinations so far have been Daylesford, Mansfield and the Warburton Redwood Forest.

A natural communicator with outstanding organisational skills, Rachel is passionate about making a difference behind the scenes. Having experienced the homebuying journey herself, she truly understands the value of a good broker – and she’s excited to support our network in helping more Aussies enter the property market.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys getting lost in a good book and catching up over brunch with friends. She even runs a successful book club that keeps her reading, social, and supremely organised.

Lachlan is a versatile, self-driven professional and a key member of the MQG team, dedicated to ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and delivering an exceptional member experience. He is committed to making sure MQG members feel supported nationwide, no matter where they are.

With a background in project and product management, Lachlan brings a structured and organised approach to his work. His diverse education in Audio Visual and Game Development has given him a deep appreciation for efficiency, structure, and user experience—all of which he applies to his role.

Lachlan believes that clear, transparent communication is at the heart of MQG’s success. He takes every step to ensure that brokers receive timely, accurate, and supportive guidance.

Outside of work, Lachlan enjoys playing online games with friends, exploring new forms of interactive media, and spending time with his energetic puppy, Chip.

Ella has a diverse background across various fields, including Mathematics Teaching, Customer Service, Training and Curriculum Development, and Administrative Support. Her experience has equipped her with a range of skills, enabling her to contribute effectively in her work.
In her spare time, Ella enjoys unwinding with a cocktail while watching Rotten Mango, listening to music, reading books, and spending quality time with friends and family.

With a background in business and real estate marketing, Rizza is a disciplined and enthusiastic member of the head office team.

Her strong suit is office operations and administration and she is continuously improving MQG’s processes and operations and finding ways to deliver exceptional experiences to our brokers.

In her spare time, Rizza is an avid reader who loves nothing more than diving into a good book. She also plays guitar as a way of expressing her creativity and imagination.

Over the last 14 years, Jade has worked in a Customer Service role and Administrative Support in Australian Financial Services that has widely developed her in her chosen profession.

Jade has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is now part of the Compliance Team bringing with her the expertise and set of skills she honed from her previous work experiences.

She used to play archery during her college days and still loves to shoot some arrows in her spare time.

Faith has 15 years of work experience in Customer service, manufacturing and real estate. Being part of these industries, she became detailed oriented and focused especially on reports, audit and investigation. These skills can help for the continuous improvement in compliance department. She also believes that accountability is a big factor in every task given to us.

Faith loves arts stuffs and spends her free time in crafting. She loves making personalized items such as bags, mugs and notepads. She is also a coffee-lover.

With a career spanning more than a decade, Jenefer has honed her expertise in various roles in Backend Operations. Her extensive experience in back-office operations and quality assurance has equipped her with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. Jenefer's adaptability and dedication to team success have been key drivers in her professional journey.

In her spare time, Jenefer loves to immerse herself in the kitchen, cooking delicious meals for her family. Her passion for culinary arts allows her to experiment with new recipes and flavors, bringing joy and warmth to their home. Whether it’s a simple weeknight dinner or a special occasion feast, she finds great satisfaction in creating dishes that bring smiles to her loved ones’ faces.

Jazz has six years of experience in documentation and loan processing across various real estate firms, where she has honed her ability to ensure all necessary requirements are met. Her background in customer service and familiarity with different CRM systems allowed her to transition seamlessly into the Compliance team, where she is eager to apply her skills in this new domain.

Outside of work, Jazz enjoys outdoor activities, exercising, running, and indulging in a good romantic comedy or fictional book.

Jigger is a highly driven and knowledgeable professional with 6 years of experience in Real Estate and Customer Service role. Her extensive exposure to a range of mortgage personalities and situations has given her a deep insight into various perspectives. This experience has not only enriched her understanding of home loan processes, audits, and their fundamentals but also offered valuable insights into the people involved. Her expertise and experiences continually enhance her effectiveness in the compliance department.

Outside of work, Jigger enjoys quality time with her family, taking pleasure in organizing memorable weekend adventures and often relishing leisurely drives to explore beautiful local spots. She is also a dedicated pet lover, taking care of her five dogs.
