This year’s venue is also home to something extraordinary: the Sea World Foundation, Australia’s largest marine wildlife rescue charity.
For more than 30 years, Sea World Foundation has rescued, rehabilitated, and released thousands of marine animals along Australia’s east coast. When animals cannot be returned to the wild, Sea World provides lifelong care — turning them into ambassadors for marine conservation.
The Foundation’s work also extends to vital marine research, on-the-ground environmental action, and community education to help protect our oceans for generations to come.

For $995 ex GST, you’ll get access to an unforgettable Conference experience, including:
- 2 full days of Conference sessions on Thursday, 20 November and Friday, 21 November
- Welcome Function at Movie World on Thursday, 20 November
- Awards Dinner at Sea World on Friday, 21 November
Please note: Flights and accommodation are your responsibility to book.
What flights should I book?
We recommend flying in on Wednesday, 19 November so you’re fresh for our 8:00am kick-off on Thursday and to head home on Saturday, 22 November after celebrating together at the Awards Dinner on Friday night.
MoneyQuest Franchise Owners: we’ll be in touch to sort your flights once you’ve registered.
Can I stay at Sea World Resort?
Yes! We’ve secured a limited number of rooms at Sea World Resort:
- Wednesday & Thursday night: $284 per night (includes breakfast for one)
- Friday night: $374 per night (includes breakfast for one)
- Extra breakfasts: $32 per person, per night
- Park Entry: Attendees staying at Sea World Resort can access the park at a discounted rate of $35, tickets can be obtained from the reception desk
Simply select your preferred dates during registration, and our team will be in touch to confirm your booking.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring a partner or staff member.
- If they’d like to attend the full conference, please have them complete a separate registration form.
- If they’re only joining the evening functions, you can RSVP for them during your registration. Pricing is:
- Guest Welcome Function Ticket – $175 ex GST per person
- Guest Awards Dinner Ticket – $275 ex GST per person
MQ Franchise Owners – please note the Wednesday night function is exclusive to Franchise Owners. Your partners or staff will have to sit this one out!
